Julius Randle NBA Draft Scouting Report

6-9 - Power Forward - Kentucky

Highly talented big forward who shows a lot of versatility and very good ball skills.

Pros

Very skilled with the basketball. Has a great handle and can drive to the lane with either hand. At 6,9 he can lead the fast break or take his man off the dribble.  Can score inside or from mid range and is developing three point range.

Good passer with nice court vision and shares the ball willingly. Has a quick first step and surprising quickness. Very strong upper body and good overall power.

Cons
Not the biggest PF and might be a tweener at the NBA level.  Doesn't have super long arms and isn't the best leaper.Needs to put in more work at the defensive end of the floor.

Projection: Top 10 Pick in the 2014 NBA Draft
